In 1995, Maurie Smith left EDS to commit her full attention to SyllogisTeks.
She worked as a consultant, a recruiter and as a manager of staffing before
becoming the President of SyllogisTeks in 1997. In 2001, Tom relinquished
his titles of CEO and Director in order to work on special projects and
Maurie took over as Board Chair, CEO and President. In March 2003, Tom
left the company to take on a new leadership role at
Ispirian Incorporated,
specializing in computer forensics. Today, SyllogisTeks is a certified
woman-owned, managed and controlled business enterprise.
Under Maurie's leadership, the SyllogisTeks vision continues to grow. The
company hasn't strayed from its roots though. The staff continues
to challenge the industry with its focus on high quality, reliability,
and honesty. SyllogisTeks constantly strives to simplify business
with technology. |
